Protocol
2 to 50 wallets, one invite link. The rules are fixed at creation: quorum percentage, vote duration, and the maximum weight any single stock may take in the pot.
USDG in, club shares out at NAV, priced by Chainlink feeds. Deposits wait if the feed is stale, which happens at night, on weekends, and during halts.
Anyone files a motion, for example: buy $2,000 of NVDA. Members raise a hand, weighted by shares. When quorum is reached the contract executes at oracle price, market hours only, with at most 1% slippage against the oracle. Otherwise the motion expires.
No vote needed. You exit in kind, pro rata: a slice of every stock the club holds plus your share of the USDG.
01
No treasurer holds the money.
02
Every vote is carved on-chain.
03
Minorities can always walk out with their slice.

Deposits and executions wait for the next market open. The Chainlink feed must be fresh before the contract prices anything.
